I love this photo that I took this evening on the beach! Not only does it capture the beauty of a sunset, but it also reflects  over the water and it looks magical!

     I ordered this delicious meal at a little resaurant on the harbour in Newport, Rhode Island. Since it is on the water, I decided get in the nautical spirit and add a filet of fish to my meal! Not only does salmon provide you with a large amount of proteins and healthy fats, but it benefits your nails, hair, and skin!

So I`m not really sure how to start off my first blog post but I`m just going to dive right into it. I love boats and the water, as do I also enjoy food!(who doesn`t?!); which is why I started this blog, so I can share the two things that I am most passionate about with the world!
